For wasp and hornet stings apply Vinegar to help neutralise the alkali in the venom and an antihistamine such as “Piriton” can help with any swelling. For bee stings, try to remove the sting with a flat object like the back of a spoon and apply an ice pack. Take an Ibuprofen or paracetamol for the pain. Swelling should go down after a few hours.
